I was drawn to therapy through a deep interest in how people heal after difficult experiences. I’ve spent many years supporting individuals across a variety of community mental health settings. Through this work, I pursued specialized training and certification in EMDR therapy and developed an integrative approach that blends EMDR, CBT, DBT, and traditional talk therapy to support each client’s unique needs.

I specialize in EMDR therapy and integrative treatment for adults navigating trauma, fears, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and relational challenges. I also work extensively with clients around communication and learning to lean into vulnerability — helping people build deeper connection with themselves and others. I have a particular passion for supporting mothers and parents, especially those carrying invisible emotional loads, navigating identity shifts, or feeling overwhelmed while trying to care for everyone else.

I’m a mom to an elementary-aged child, a golden retriever, and a house cat. I move through the world as a person with ADHD. I love fiber arts and am currently fixated on hand embroidery and teaching myself to quilt. I believe therapy works best when you can show up as you are — comfy clothes encouraged, snacks and crafts welcome. Sometimes I join in.

I’m guided by Brené Brown’s belief that vulnerability is not weakness, but courage — and I aim to create a space where clients feel safe enough to show up fully and authentically.
